As our Import Clerk, you’ll be the critical first mate ensuring our shipments arrive safe and sound. Think of yourself as the gatekeeper of smooth operations! 🗃️📑– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries addressing questions about order status, delivery times, and more
– Assist in processing import orders, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete
– Track shipments, resolve delays, and communicate updated timelines to customers
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipments
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and shipment statusesQualifications– Based in or around Montreal
– Experience with imports is required, preferably from a Freight Forwarder or Shipping line experience
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlinesSummary
