They are dedicated to enhancing financial resilience, driving digital transformation, and delivering high-quality services through cutting-edge technology and operational excellence.About the RoleAs a Manager, Service Transition, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of IT releases, aligning with SDLC best practices and industry standards. You will oversee Test Environment Management, drive continuous improvements in CI/CD pipelines, and lead a team of transition analysts and engineers to optimize service delivery.Key Responsibilities:​​​✅ Continuous Improvement & Automation: Enhance release automation capabilities, manage Azure DevOps, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
✅ Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead a team of Service Transition Analysts and Test Environment Engineers, collaborate with platform owners and IT stakeholders, and ensure seamless deployment across multiple applications.
✅ Release Management: Establish and maintain release management policies, optimize release schedules, and conduct post-implementation reviews to improve processes.
✅ Test Environment Management: Develop and execute test environment strategies, coordinate environment setup and configuration, monitor availability, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with developers, testers, platform owners, and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions and environment utilization.What You Bring:✅ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
✅ 5+ years of experience in transition management, release management, or similar roles
✅ Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and SDLC methodologies
✅ Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and transition management software
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
