Job Reference: 36166A sports betting platform is continuing to grow their team in North America. The Marketing Specialist-US Sports will focus on paid media strategy and execution to reach sports fans. If you have digital marketing experience in the sports or online gambling industry, then this might be the role for you!This is a remote role for anyone in Canada. Candidates in the Eastern Time Zone are preferred.Responsibilities:

• Help with the development and execution of user acquisition marketing strategy.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with internal marketing and product teams.
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of campaign execution.
• Create regular reports on KPI’s and provide insights to relevant team members.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
• Work with external business partners
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, including paid social media ads.
• Knowledge and passion of U.S. sports is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to effectively assess campaign data and performance.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal teams, external teams, and customers.
• Experience in managing budgets for promotions, optimizing spend for maximum return.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where you can grow your digital marketing skillset.
