• Deliver engaging, challenging, and accessible Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Use a variety of formative and summative assessments to track progress and inform planning
• Promote numerical fluency, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support academic and personal development
• Contribute to the wider school community through clubs, interventions, and enrichment activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 and KS4; KS5 desirable but not essential)
• Be a passionate, resilient, and reflective educator
• Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding, inclusive practice, and student wellbeing
• Possess excellent subject knowledge, communication, and classroom management skills
• Be enthusiastic about continuous professional development and team collaboration
