  • Provide patients with clear directions to appointment locations and comprehensive information about their visits
  • Maintain up-to-date patient demographic records, including contact details and personal information.
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits for each visit, ensuring accurate coverage details.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to confirm appointments, gather necessary information, and address inquiries.
  • Adhere to healthcare regulations and privacy policies (HIPAA), maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning documents, managing phone calls, and supporting team members.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
