Salary: £150 – £230 per day

• Teach well-structured Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Inspire and engage students in the study of music, helping them to develop practical performance, composition, and listening skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Music department to share ideas and contribute to the continuous development of the curriculum.
• Lead extracurricular music activities such as school concerts, choir, band, and music clubs.
• Provide constructive feedback to support students’ progress and personal development.
• Foster a creative, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Manage and maintain musical equipment, ensuring it is well-kept and accessible for all students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience teaching Music at the secondary level is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of music theory, performance, and composition.
• Passion for music and the ability to inspire students to develop their musical talents.
• Good classroom management and adaptability in teaching methods to suit a variety of learners.
• Ability to motivate students and create an environment where creativity can thrive.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
