Parts Advisor – Destination Honda Burnaby – ($3,000 Signing Bonus After 6 Months of Successful Employment) in Burnaby, British Columbia

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ordering and inventorying parts as necessary to maintain accurate stocking levels.

  • Sort, store, and organize incoming parts to ensure repair processes are followed.

  • Utilize an EPC to look up accurate parts for Service vehicle repairs.

  • Provide accurate information as necessary to all departments.

  • Liaise with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure accuracy and necessity of parts.

  • Returning cancelled or unnecessary parts as per departmental policies.

  • Review and validate accuracy of parts sold to repairs for approvals and pricing.

What we need from you:

  • 1+ years in an Automotive Parts environment; previous experience with Honda parts is an asset.

  • Automotive proficiency with a high level of understanding of vehicle components.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a very high volume and fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, independent, process driven and a team player with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of CDK system is an asset.

  • Have a valid British Columbia driver’s license, with a clean driver’s abstract.
