Position: Primary Teacher
Salary: £31,000 – £42,500 per annum
Location: Brislington, Bristol

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students across all areas of the primary curriculum.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a vibrant and cohesive learning community.
  • Encourage positive behaviour management strategies to maintain a well-ordered and respectful classroom.
  • Support the personal, social, and emotional development of pupils, helping them build confidence and resilience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching at the primary level.
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and a passion for innovative teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage young learners with enthusiasm.
  • Classroom management skills that promote a positive and focused learning atmosphere.
  • Commitment to the academic and personal development of every child.
