• Product Development: Contribute to the development of Barocal’s product from prototype onward
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the engineering team to integrate product features seamlessly
• Prototyping: Develop and test prototypes to validate design concepts and performance metrics
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to inform product features and ensure competitiveness
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline from a top-tier university. A PhD in a related field is a plus.
• Experience: 3+ years in product development, preferably within the HVAC, automotive, or energy sectors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.
