DescriptionCell and Molecular Project ManagerAbout Us:A Contract Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to supporting biopharmaceutical companies in their drug development efforts. We specialize in cutting-edge cell and molecular assays, providing critical insights to advance therapeutic innovation.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Cell and Molecular ProjectManager or Scientist to act as a project manager and oversee a diverse range of assay projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of a wide variety of cell and molecular based assays such as ddPCR, PCR, ELISA, cell potency assays, and flow cytometry. The role focuses on overseeing assay development, ensuring quality, and meeting client expectations.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage cell and molecular assay projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for clients, translating their needs into actionable project plans and providing regular progress updates.
- Technical Expertise: Oversee the execution of ddPCR, PCR, ELISA, cell potency, and flow cytometry assays, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize assay development and execution.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address project challenges, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: multiple years in cell and molecular assays within a CRO or related environment, with 3+ years in project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ddPCR, PCR, ELISA, cell potency assays, and flow cytometry.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing complex assay projects and client relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
