UNDP is advancing NJFP 2.0 as a strategic extension of the first phase, building on its successes and addressing key challenges identified during implementation.
A central innovation in NJFP 2.0 is the integration of a comprehensive psychometric analysis to strengthen the quality and relevance of fellow placements across Nigeria
