This involves determining education and training needs for students and staff as well as ensuring ongoing compliance with accreditation requirements.The incumbent develops/coordinates professional development and competency training initiatives directed at Radiation Therapy, as well as corporate training for the entire Radiation Oncology Program.The incumbent works collaboratively and cooperatively with all staff, other departments, external agencies and vendors. The incumbent must be capable of carrying out all duties with diplomacy, tact, confidentiality and professionalism.Responsibilities include developing materials and resources for students and staff, collaborating with healthcare professionals, managing projects, and staying up-to-date on the latest research and trends in RT education. This position works in close collaboration with other staff, as well as other departments at CancerCare Manitoba to set education priorities for our students and RT staff.Qualifications:Education
