Our Canadian based client is seeking an experienced SAP HCM/Payroll/SuccessFactors Project Manager to join their project on a permanent full-time basis. This is a fully remote opportunity with occasional travel as needed allowing candidates to be based Anywhere in Canada.

• The ideal candidate will be an experienced SAP HCM/Payroll/SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead end-to-end payroll and HR technology implementations.
• The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and a consulting mindset, ensuring successful solution delivery.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end SAP Payroll, HCM, and SuccessFactors projects.
• Strong project management background (PM, Team Lead, Senior Consultant, or Architect level).
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll implementation, payroll processes, testing types, and deployment phases.
• Experience working in a consulting environment with a client-facing approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong command of the English language; French is an asset.
