Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has embarked on a significant project that involves the RRENOVATION AND ADAPTIVE UPGRADE OF THE EXISTING PROFESSOR KENNETH DIKE STATE CENTRAL E-LIBRARY INTO A MULTIFUNCTIONAL MAKERSPACE AND LIBRARY. The scope covers all construction-related activities required to deliver the facilities as per approved architectural and structural designs, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards as outlined in the drawings and Bill of Quantities (BoQ).

Bidders shall notify the UNDP focal person a day in advance as to whether or not they intend to participate in the mandatory site inspection.
E-mail communication:
All interested potential bidders are required to conduct the physical mandatory site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior to submitting their formal bid through the QUANTUM system to UNDP. Bidders who will not have conducted the mandatory site visit, their bids will be excluded from further evaluation process as non-compliant.
Minutes of the both Pre-bid meeting and Mandatory Site Visit will be disseminated through Direct messaging via QUANTUM.
