SUBJECT-Establishment of Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for providing Cafeteria and In House Meeting Services at UN House for 1+2 Years (RFP-100-IND-2025)

Pre-Proposal conference

Will be conducted with an on-site visit to the kitchen premise showcasing equipment, processes and adherence to food safety norms.

Date, Time and time zone: September 17, 2025 – 10.00 AM [India Standard Time (IST)]

Venue : UN House, We The People Hall, 55 Lodi Estate, New Delhi-110003, India

The pre-proposal conference is not mandatory; however, the bidders are advised to attend the pre-bid conference.

NOTE: Interested bidders are advised to share the details of meeting participants (with ITB reference in the subject line) to E-mail: [email protected] by September 16, 2025 – 02.00 PM [India Standard Time (IST)]

Minutes of the Pre-proposal conference will be disseminated by:

Direct communication to prospective bidders by email and posting on the website [UNDP INDIA & GLOBAL; and UNGM]. Also posting in eTendering portal [Quantum].

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
