Assist in planning and designing RE activities including public risk awareness campaigns, and community-based RE.
Assist in selecting and training RE facilitators who will deliver risk education sessions in communities.
Assist in developing a training kit including materials for the use of RE facilitators during RE sessions.
Assist in liaising with concerned partners and authorities in RE planning.
Participate in provision of Explosive Hazard Risk Awareness (RA) guidance and training to humanitarian personnel.
Participate in mapping of existing RE capacity and activities and materials, and identifying gaps and opportunities.
Assist in developing new initiatives relevant to RE, including design of materials in cooperation with partners.
Assist in the evaluation of RA and RE tools and methodologies.
Receive and analyze activity reports from implementing partners, and maintain records of data and progress of work, and produce reports as required.
Keep an inventory about RE materials.
Participate in Monitoring and Evaluation and Quality Assurance of risk education activities conducted by implementing partners, including field visits to targeted areas.
Assist in interpretation and translation when necessary.
