Full Throttle Power Sports is the perfect place to work for anyone with an interest in power sports – in their words, “Our dealership sells fun, it’s what we do!”On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join their team of dedicated professionals in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.The Sales Manager will be responsible to manage and direct the sales team. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation process of the sales department, the Sales Manager will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. The successful candidate will direct and coordinate activities of the sales team and assist in administering organization policies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.Responsibilities:

As the ideal candidate, you are a self-motivated and driven leader possessing four years related expereince and/or training in unit sales, with a minimum of two years expereince or equivalent in a supervisory/management capacity. Strong social skills and demonstrated ability to interact with others on a professional level will be key to success in the role. With exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, you possess strong business acumen and are highly analytical by nature. The successful candidate must have a great attitude and willingness to learn. Eagerness to be compensated for doing what you enjoy is essential! Familiarity with inventory control will be preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required.Physical Demands:
