Job description

Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP SD OTC Consultant join their organization on a permanent full-time basis. This will be primarily a remote work setting, however, all candidates must be able to do occasional travel to some of the clients US locations when needed.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SD Order to Cash processes and configuration, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support in SAP ERP systems.
• Prior experience in logistics OR aerospace / aviation / aircraft maintenance is an asset.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP OTC solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP OTC modules to meet business needs, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Credit Management.
• Perform end-to-end implementation and support of SAP OTC processes, including system testing, user training, and documentation.
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to OTC processes and system integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and IT, to ensure alignment of OTC processes with overall business objectives.
• Stay current with SAP OTC best practices, trends, and advancements, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
