Aiming to deliver a balanced curriculum that combines academic excellence and to ensure each student can pursue their passions and develop new skills.We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Officer to join this fantastic school. You will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting staff recruitment and retention, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.This is a full time role and you will be expected to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.You will be entitled to these benefits

Your role will include:

  • Managing employee records and HR databases
  • Overseeing recruitment processes and onboarding new staff
  • Administering payroll and benefits programmes
  • Advising staff on HR policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
  • Handling employee relations issues and providing support and guidance to staff

Who we’re looking for:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a similar role or within an educational setting
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
  • Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to complete a new DBS
  • Relevant professional experience with 2 recent professional references
