You will have…

• At least a bachelor’s degree in a science-focused subject.
• A passion for the education of young people.
• Commitment to following safeguarding procedures.
• Natural ability to build strong bonds with others.
• Previous experience of supporting students is beneficial, but not essential.

The Role
As a Science Academic Coach, you will provide support to under-achieving GCSE Science students on a 1-2-1 and small group intervention basis. You will mark classwork and identify any additional learning needs and will use this knowledge to create support strategies tailored to the needs of each student. You will work in close collaboration with teaching staff to assist in the planning and delivery of stimulating GCSE Science lessons and ensure that all students receive a well-rounded education.The School
