  • Control the arrival and departure of employees, customers and other people;
  • Play an active role in identifying, monitoring and reporting potential threats;
  • Monitor intrusion and fire alarms and respond to all emergencies;
  • Communicate with emergency services and collaborate with first responders (if necessary);
  • Carry out exterior and interior patrols;
  • Write event reports to document incidents and record evidence;
  • Report all potentially dangerous situations to the safety manager.
