• Provide dedicated support to pupils with special educational needs, ensuring their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Assist with toileting and personal care for pupils, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Adapt and modify resources to meet the individual needs of each pupil.
• Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support the overall well-being of our students.

Requirements:

• Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.
• Comfortable and confident in providing personal care and toileting assistance to pupils.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs and helping them achieve their full potential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic school environment.
