Salary: $18-$20

Temporary to Hire Opportunity! Bi-LINGUAL Spanish or Hmong PREFERRED!

Tues- Friday 9:30-6pm and Saturday 7:30am-4pm (off Sunday and Monday)

Mon-Friday 9:30-6pm when not working on Saturday ( Saturday and Sunday)

First 3 weeks 8-4:30pm

Pay: $18/$20 DOE+ $200-$300 additional on average monthly commission based on number of appointments scheduled.

The Service Call Center Representative is responsible for professional scheduling of all appointments for the service department in a manner that promotes smooth flow of appointments through the service department by scheduling work so as to maximize customer convenience while meeting with advisors and technicians ability.

Essential Duties include:

1. Answer incoming calls to provide information, schedule appointments and receive customer and vehicle information

2. Listen to customer concerns, comments and requests to provide clear explanation on the repair order

3. Provide accurate cost and time estimates for needed maintenance and repairs

4. Perform follow up calls to service customers to ensure satisfaction with their service visit

5. Handle customer complaints and concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and co-workers.

3000-4000 aps scheduled a month by the team. Need to reschedule appointments if needed at the time of call.
