For more information, follow Telesat on X and LinkedIn or visitAs an IT Vendor and Software Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the relationships between an organization and their IT vendors. In this job, you will work closely with the IT team and vendor partners to ensure seamless operations and to optimize costs. You will collaborate with procurement teams to develop contracts and establish service level agreements (SLAs), oversee vendor performance, and work to improve vendor relationships. Your role requires strong communication and negotiation skills as you will be responsible for managing vendor expectations while working with internal teams to ensure needs are met. Additionally, you will track vendor performance metrics and create reports for management to help optimize vendor partnerships. Overall, your contributions will help the organization provide high-quality IT services while minimizing costs. \nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
