JOB SUMMARY:
Manage local distributors, channels, POSs to achieve business targets, in assigned Province or City.
Develop and improve local customer base to build up effective and qualified distribution network including distributors / channels / POSs. in assigned Province or City.
The distribution network will assist in launching and distributing Newell Brands products of cross categories, execute for Newell Brands route to market strategy, in assigned Province or City.
JOB DUTIES:
Develop an effective and qualified distribution network in Prestige retail / Wholesale market and Traditional trade channel, to achieve annual sales revenue budget and SGM target in assigned province or city.
Conducting annual business plan, POS plan, daily operation, business review to ensure the target distribution, coverage and the best in-store execution in terms of pricing / display / assortment & promotion.
Execute marketing activities including new product launch, promotion, in-store fairs etc. continuously improve consumer journey and in-store experience.
Execution of AP & CF plan, with best ROI.
Upgrade local market information.
Provide accurate forecast plan of assigned customer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in well-known light luxury / premium consumer goods / durable consumer goods, multinational company
Strong Field Sales management and distributor mode management experience, knowledge and skills
Relationship and knowledge with shopping mall’s commercial department
Experienced province business management
Sales sense and logical is must
Sales Management Functional knowledge
Capability in sales plan, budgets, forecasting etc.
Distributor selection / management / engagement
Brand owned store management / skill is a plus.
Assortment management
Analytical skills and attention to details
Self-starter and able to work independently
Ability and desire to multi-task
