Introduction

UNDP seeks to engage a service provider (private firm, civil society organization, non-government organization, or private sector foundation) with credible experience for its SERVICES on Stocktaking of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) institutional arrangements across national government agencies, including the conduct of ongoing M&E activities and completed evaluation studies

A pre-proposal conference will be conducted via Zoom on 23 September 2025; 1:30 PM (Manila Time).
