Pre-Proposal Conference with interested proposers will be held on August 26, 2026 at 15:00 (Kyiv time) via Zoom.

Interested bidders are required to register for Pre-Proposal Conference by providing the following information (Name, Title, Company Name, Email Address of Attendee) through the Quantum messaging functionality or to the email address below:
