Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Sudan is committed to ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of its personnel and visitors across its offices and field operations. As part of its occupational health and safety measures, UNDP intends to equip its premises and official vehicles with appropriate emergency response equipment and medical supplies.
To strengthen preparedness for medical emergencies and provide immediate first aid assistance when required, UNDP seeks qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of wall-mountable office first aid kits, vehicle first aid kits, and Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). The equipment shall comply with recognized international standards and be suitable for use in office, field, and travel environments.
The procurement aims to enhance emergency response capacity within UNDP facilities and operations by ensuring the availability of reliable first aid resources and life-saving equipment for staff and visitors.
