Introduction
UNDP invites qualified and authorized suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of three (3) laptop computers and associated accessories to support staff operations. The required configuration includes Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13 laptops (or equivalent) with Windows 11 Pro, Intel® Core Ultra 7 255H processor, 32GB LPDDR5X RAM, 1TB PCIe Gen4 SSD, Intel® Arc™ graphics, FHD touch display, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.1, fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, 57Wh battery, and a 3-year warranty. Each laptop shall be supplied with a 23.8-inch FHD monitor, USB-C docking station, wireless keyboard and mouse combo, laptop backpack, mouse pad, wireless headset, and USB camera, in accordance with the detailed technical specifications provided in the RFQ. The objective of this procurement is to provide high-performance, secure, and reliable computing equipment for UNDP personnel.
