Supply and Installation of Air Conditioners – Health Tech Hub, Rwanda

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Rwanda invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and installation of air conditioning systems for the Health Tech Hub in Rwanda. This procurement aims to ensure a reliable, energy-efficient cooling solution to support optimal working conditions and enhance the operational performance of the facility.

The scope of the tender includes the following key requirements:

• Supply of four (4) air conditioning units of 12,000 BTU/h capacity
• Supply of one (1) air conditioning unit of 24,000 BTU/h capacity
• All units must be wall-mounted eco smart inverter type
• Use of R32 refrigerant for energy efficiency and environmental compliance
• Systems must support cooling (and heating whenever applicable)
• Supply and installation services, including all necessary accessories and fittings
• Ensuring complete installation, testing, and commissioning of all units
