Introduction
Bidders are required to submit their financial proposals using the standard Price Schedule template provided in the solicitation documents. Proposals may be submitted for multiple lots, provided the appropriate templates are used for each lot.
The quoted price must be inclusive of all applicable costs associated with the supply and delivery of the goods to the designated delivery location, including transportation, freight, insurance (where applicable) and no additional costs beyond the quoted price shall be accepted.
Contracts for both lots will be awarded to the bidder(s) meeting all technical requirements and offering the lowest evaluated price in accordance with the evaluation criteria specified in the solicitation document.
For each item proposed, the bidder shall provide the relevant product catalogue, brochure, or technical datasheet clearly indicating the manufacturer’s name, product specifications, model/reference number (where applicable), and any other information necessary to verify compliance with the technical requirements outlined in the solicitation document. Failure to provide adequate supporting documentation may result in the item being considered non-responsive.
