Introduction

Supply of New Production Lines and Maintenance of Existing Production Lines for Bakeries in Deir Ezzor and A-Sweida Governorates, Syria, under Four Lots

The contractor should be a manufacture, or if submitted a Joint Venture, at least one JV partner must be a manufacturer of bakery production lines and hold a valid commercial registration explicitly stating its specialization in manufacturing Arabic bread production lines.

The bidder must have experience in similar projects, having successfully completed at least two projects of similar nature and complexity. The value of one project shall be no less than 70% of the estimated value of the highest-value bakery included within the relevant lot, and the value of the second project shall be no less than 50% of the highest-value bakery included within the relevant lot. For a Joint Venture, this requirement shall be met cumulatively by the JV partners,
