Ecological Land Cooperative

We’re looking for an exceptional project manager to work with our experienced team to develop
affordable, low-impact living solutions to support the Ecological Land Cooperative’s small
scale agroecological farming model. This project is supported by the Joseph Rowntree Charitable
Trust.

We are looking for an experienced individual who embraces innovation and is open to new
concepts. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management and research skills, as
well as the ability to communicate effectively with people at a range of levels.

You will have industry knowledge and experience of sustainable land development projects and
the low-impact building movement. The successful candidate will be passionate about engaging a
wide range of people in ecological land-based livelihoods in order to understand the issues and
challenges that those working in this sector face.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, 15 hours a week. £31,317 per annum (pro rata). The role
can be undertaken remotely, with some travel to our office in Bristol and farm around England
and Wales.
