We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in small group or one-on-one settings, fostering a positive learning experience. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about education, patient, and committed to helping students overcome challenges.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and resources.
• Provide individual and small group support to students across a range of subjects.
• Help to maintain a supportive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
• Work with students to build their confidence and help them achieve their academic goals.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
• Support students with special educational needs where necessary.
• Supervise classroom activities and ensure a positive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for working with young people and an ability to build rapport with students.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• A flexible and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of core subjects (English, Maths, Science).
• Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification are advantageous.
