You’ll be instrumental in supporting learning, promoting positive behaviour, and implementing vital SEMH strategies.We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with primary-aged children, especially those with Special Educational Needs.
  • Possesses a good understanding of SEMH needs and effective strategies to support them.
  • Is patient, empathetic, and committed to promoting the well-being and academic progress of every child.
  • Is skilled in building positive relationships with pupils and supporting them in their learning journey.
  • Has excellent communication skills and can work effectively as part of a team.
  • Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a positive school environment.
