Team Leader – Customer Service

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Team Leader to join our Customer Service team based in Edinburgh.

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in supervising or leading a team within a customer service environment, along with a strong passion for coaching and employee development. You will be responsible for guiding and inspiring your team to consistently deliver a high-quality service while meeting key performance targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating, and supporting the customer service team
• Managing & monitoring KPIs, reporting & customer service processes

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, personable, and approachable, with the ability to build a strong team spirit and maintain high morale. You’ll lead by example and create an environment where the team feel empowered to succeed and provide the best possible service to our customers.
