Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, with overtime to reflect operational requirements)
Do you want a role where you can lead a field team, improve rivers and waterways, and build strong community partnerships – all in one job? We’re looking for a Team Leader (Stewardship Partnership) to lead delivery of the Humber Stewardship Partnership: a funded programme of waterway maintenance, habitat improvement and community engagement across the Humber region.
You’ll take ownership of project delivery from planning to close-out, while developing a capable, motivated team (including mentoring apprentices) and representing Riverlution with stakeholders and communities.
Lead and deliver environmental projects (Project Management)
Build a high-performing team (Leadership & Line Management)
Put safety and standards first (H&S, Quality & Compliance)
Look after kit and people (Equipment, Materials & PPE)
Be the face of the partnership (External Relationships)

This role is based in Hull and includes travel to field sites along rivers and waterways, plus some office-based work. Some evening or weekend work may be required.
