Introduction

UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a national academic/research institution/capacity building and research organization for Development and Piloting Training Courses to Enhance Awareness and Implementation Capacity on Inclusive Digital Transformation for Local Government Leaders in Viet Nam. 


Overall objectives:

–        To enhance digital awareness and competencies for government leaders at the provincial and commune levels, which is expected to improve the efficiency, inclusivity and quality of public services delivered to citizens and businesses via digital tools.
