The Business Insurance Manager, reporting to the COO, leads the strategy, development, and execution of VisionFund Kenya’s microinsurance initiatives. The role oversees full-cycle product development, marketing, and operations to deliver affordable and relevant insurance solutions that strengthen the resilience of underserved communities. The manager drives financial literacy efforts, ensures effective service delivery across VisionFund Kenya and World Vision Kenya areas, and manages project execution, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements.
