Learning Officer – Natural Environment

Are you passionate about outdoor education and eager to inspire the next generation? We’re
looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning Officer to join our Natural Environment
Learning Team. In this role, you will help develop and deliver our school engagement programme
at the iconic Hampstead Heath, providing enriching outdoor learning experiences for children.
This is a varied role, including session development and delivery, programme scheduling and
staffing, and supporting the delivery of community and volunteering activities.

As part of a dynamic, friendly and supportive team, you’ll lead educational activities that:

  • Boost children’s wellbeing, confidence, and understanding.
  • Foster a deep connection with nature.
  • Support and enrich the National Curriculum.
  • Inspire curiosity, fun, exploration, and a lifelong love of learning.
