Job Title: Remote Call Center Representative (Bilingual – English/Spanish Required)

Department: Pharmacy Operations – Script Processing Team

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Location: Fully Remote (Oregon only)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour day shifts between 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to veterinary clinics regarding unprocessed prescription requests
• Accurately and consistently document call outcomes
• Maintain high productivity and stay actively engaged in the call queue while logged in
• Handle all conversations with kindness, empathy, and professionalism, even when speaking with stressed or challenging contacts

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous call center experience
• Remote work experience in a structured, performance-driven environment
• Experience in a veterinary clinic or veterinary call center preferred

Additional Details:

• Fully Remote – All necessary equipment will be provided. Equipment must be returned if employment ends.
• Day Shifts Only – Choose any consistent 8-hour shift between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time
  • Example: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• This is not a flexible remote position – You are expected to remain present, productive, and engaged throughout your scheduled shift
• The team is small and fast-paced, with high expectations around attendance, punctuality, and performance
