We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Office Manager to oversee all administrative operations in our medical facility. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare systems, with an emphasis on patient care, medical office operations, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the medical office to ensure a well-coordinated, efficient patient care system. 2. Deliver superior customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns promptly and professionally. 3. Supervise the front office staff and medical assistants, which includes managing the employee schedule, handling sick calls, and resolving staff issues and conflicts. 4. Spearhead the recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development of staff members. 5. Implement and enforce office policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. 6. Manage patient care coordination to ensure high patient satisfaction and clear communication channels. 7. Monitor and manage the office budget, oversee the process of invoices and control office financials, including patient billing and collections. 8. Maintain medical records in compliance with privacy and security regulations. 9. Efficiently handle and resolve patient complaints utilizing excellent problem-solving skills and ensuring exemplary customer service. 10. Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient understanding of care procedures and policies. 11. Establish and enforce procedures for operational efficiency and strengthen relationships with vendors. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Medical Office Manager. 3. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a diverse team, coupled with the exceptional problem-solving capacity. 4. Excellent leadership and people management skills. 5. Robust customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and medical professionals. 6. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, with a firm grasp of medical office procedures. 7. Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and a strong understanding of Accuro Medical Software is highly desirable. 8. Strong technical skills required for data processing, accounting, and HR functions. 9. In-depth understanding of medical terminology, coding, and billing procedures. 10. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
